Pengumuman baru dari IB
Utk acc dengan NLV net liquidate value dibawah $2000, maka jika open posisi uncovered akan dilarang, ini berlaku baik utk acc cash dan acc margin
NLV di bawah $2000 maka semua posisi trade (terkecuali dibawah ini) akan anggap sebagai UNCOVERED
Please note that this rule was recently implemented by IBKR and it applies to all accounts (Cash and Margin) if the account value is below USD 2000. As per the previous communication all other option position will be considered as uncovered other than below mentioned positions:
– Long call or long put;
– Covered call;
– Long call spread – Short calls vs equal quantity of long calls where the exercise price
of the long calls is equal to or less than the exercise price of the short calls; or
– Long put spread – Short put vs equal quantity of long puts where the exercise price
of the long puts is equal to or greater
